Same here, I LIVE in NC so felt it was only right, though DD thought I was mad! I had fun going crazy with the thought of getting a mug. My DD was amazed at how much I knew about the game, but then I explained my many years (continuing) as a 49er fan. I kept saying "Joe could have scored in two minutes!!" Anyway, fun times, and new DVDs coming. YEAH! And, I don't even like travel mugs. HA! Anything to support Cathe....
I won't be receiving a Cathe Mug :(

Well, I hail from N.C., and the Panthers had been so underestimated all year, I thought that they would be able to pull off a last minute win, as they did in the last game they played before the SuperBowl. I picked the Panthers and lost my Cathe mug!!) 
Well, it did look like the Panthers could pull it off towards the end. However, when the Patriots got the ball with only a minute to go, I knew they were going to win it. They'd been rushing with the ball so fast, I knew they could get close enough within Panthers territory for a field goal -- sure enough, I was right. But that's okay -- I'm proud of my team; I wished they could have won, especially since the Patriots have already won, but oh well.
