I decided to start eating clean about 2 months ago. We buy 3 packs of chicken breasts or chicken thighs per week and then 2 packs of fish, and then veggies for the sides. I love eating the fish but my son and dh dont really like the fish and I have tried to up the fish to 3 times a week but they aren't going for it. I have never been a chicken fan unless it is fried and even then I just like the fried part
Anyway, the past two weeks I have not been eating the chicken at all. I eat the sides but can't touch the chicken. I get that gag reflex thing going when I eat it now. And it is not like the chicken is being cooked wrong and my dh and son both say it tastes great. I made something this past weekend that I love that has chicken chunks mixed in it and I felt naseous (sp?) the whole time I was eating it
Does anyone else have that problem with chicken? How else can I eat clean if I can't eat chicken anymore?
