Hi everybody!! I finally got my computer back on line and I ordered Cathe's new advanced Circuit Video and Terminator and 5day timesaver. I'm looking for 2 rotations to compliment each other. The first one I want all her Circuit videos. Boot camp, viper, imax extreme, gauntlet, C&W, CM, BM, and the new advanced circuit.
I also want a rotation intermixing Timesaver and CTX. Maybe combining 2 within a workout or switching off every other day. Not just one week one series and the next the the other one. I want it mixed up really good for maximum results}( !
My goals are FAT LOSS and muscle endurance. Can you all help me? Are there any rotations out there like these?? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
