I want a Kick Max Body!

Kick Max is one of my favorites, not only cause it shreds calories, but because you guys are TOTALLY CUT and motivate the hell outta me!!! I've lost my pregnancy weight and want to get ripped like you in Kick Max!!! (You look great in all your videos of course, but I can clearly see major muscle definition in Kick Max) I'm not sure what my body fat % is, but I'm 5'6 and 135lbs. What training method do I need to use??? Slow & Heavy training and High Intensity Cardio? Or Low Intensity Cardio and Light Weightlifting with circuits??? Supersets...Pyramid??? A mixture of everything??? My goal is muscle definition and endurance. Cathe, PLEASE HELP ME REACH MY GOAL!!!
 
Good question - i'd like to see a response to this one too. Im your height. But everyone is different and everyone's body will respond differently. So besides eating clean and finding the right workout method, there is not much else you can do. Genetics will also play a large role. I too would like to know the proper order to do things. I love cardio so much i try to do it everytime i workout. THEN i add a weight workout on the end. Is this counter productive??? Sorry to take over the thread for a second lol.
 
Thats okay! I know everyone is different but I know theres GOTTA BE a certain training method to get "cut", you know what I mean? You obviously can't just do only cardio and a few weight workouts...I guess what I'M getting to is that Cathe must have followed a certain regime to look the way she did (including lots of resistance exercises). Cause her ass was RIPPED!
 
Think about it: Cathe's body in that DVD would be largely a result of all the preparation she had been doing for filming, i.e. all the rehearsals for GS series, Muscle Max, Kick Max itself, the High Step workout, etc. Presumably, if you did a rotation based on the Hardcore series, you could build muscle, gain definition and lose some body fat.

just wanted to chime in and say that i think think cathe looked AMAZING in kick max. her body was ripped but feminine.
 
You ladies are so right. Cathe and her crew look so good. I often wondered the same thing. I hope she responds.

HELP US CATHE!!!!

I have a girlfriend that looks like Cathe after two kids and she only works out for about 30 mins a few days a week. And the worst part - she eats chocolate EVERY DAY! So clearly genetics plays a big part.

Life is just not fair!
