Well it's nice to know that I am not the only one suffering I will absolutely keep doing Boot Camp, I'm going to add it once a week. My only dilemma is, what do I do it in place of? I have very little experience with circuit training. I usually do two fairly strenuous strength sessions per week (muscle endurance and maximum intensity right now) and one lighter strength session. Maybe I'll replace the lighter session...
You know, programs like BC are the reason I'm loving Cathe more and more every day! It's been a long time since a workout slayed me as Boot Camp did, especially in the cardio, it made me realize that I have been taking it too easy on myself, and has also given me a new goal. Yipee!
