I thought I purchased a Premium Membership--DID I?

I went through the whole process of ordering a premium membership (steps 1,2,3 on that little pop-up window) but afterward I still can't use My Nutrition (it says "You have to purchase a membership first") and I haven't gotten a confirmation email yet. I was just wondering if my purchase went through and this is just a temporary thing I have to wait for, or if I didn't actually purchase and should try again.
 
We don't send email confirmations for premium memberships. Just click on the Nutrition link after you have logged in to the WM and the Nutrition software should launch automatically. Let us know if this doesn't work for you or if you have other problems.
 
Thanks for the quick response. OK, I am still not able to get the My Nutrition software to launch. Do you think my purchase did not actually go through?

I was definitely logged in when I attempted to get it to work.

Membership

Hey everyone can you tell me how to go about purchasing the membership? I have no idea what is going on. Thanks to anyone who can help me :)
 
Go to the Workout Manager and look down and to the left side and you'll see a big purple ad for the Premium Membership you can click on to pop up the purchasing thing. of course, I'm not sure mine has worked properly, so maybe I shouldn't advise. ;)
 
Oh, thanks Lainie! I use Firefox and didn't see the purple box, so I logged on using Internet Explorer and found the box there. In fact, most of the pages do not work properly using Fire Fox. hmmmmmmm.....

I use Firefox as well and I've also had some trouble (though I do see the purple box with it). I also opened up Safari to try that but it was even worse.
 
If you don't see the purple box in Firefox it just means you're not logged in
 
This may help. I logged out and back in from the main page. Then I selected workout manager it showed I was not logged in there. So I typed in my user and password and got this msg:

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.



I then hit the return button and it showed I was logged in. Then,

If I select the top My Nutrition Home button from the pull down, it says I need to purchase it.
If I select the side My Nutrition button it takes be to the purchase screen.

Firefox is fine as long as your browser is reasonably up to date. We actually use Firefox as our main design browser. IE is what we have the most trouble with. What happens when you now click on the Nutrition link in the WM in the Tool menu?
 
Well, good it's a relief to know Firefox is not a drawback at least. :) What happens looks like the same thing JannR mentions above:

If I select the top My Nutrition Home button from the pull down, it says I need to purchase it.
If I select the side My Nutrition button it takes be to the purchase screen.

This is while I'm logged in.
 
I just went to check my bank account online and it does show the payment there (pending) so at least I know I did pay something.

From what I can tell it does not look like your purchase went through. There is no record in our database of a person with your username purchasing a premium package. Still, I can't rule out some other type of problem. If you think you were charged then please email [email protected] and we will investigate further. FYI: If your purchase is successful when you click on the Nutrition link the Nutrition software will just auto launch. Obviously, we need to improve the cart a little bit more to make things more clear.
