As of today I can't sync my armband at all. It was working fine last night. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software, and checked to make sure the USB connection is working (works fine with other things). And I can't usually even get into the Activity Manager unless it's through the syncing because Launch sends me into an endless login loop. I am not a happy camper today, needless to say. No response from GWF about either of these problems, although the syncing problem was just reported to them today. I haven't checked my paperwork yet to see what the warranty time is.
I was able to sync to my home computer just fine with good information after doing a software upgrade this morning. I decided to try the computer I was having issues with when I uploaded yesterday and found it's doing the same thing. I did run a registry cleaner on this computer so I'm guessing that screwed something up. At least I know I can use one of my PCs until I get the problem resolved on the other.
Nancy, My problem is different because it does claim to sync, but it retrieves bogus info (no steps or activity get uploaded). It's as if the unit is off body, yet it thinks it is on body. If I do fix it I'll let you know what I did.
