I QUIT

Congrats!! I quit in 2002, and now I can't believe I ever did something so rotten to my body. Every year I celebrate by buying myself something a little indulgent. When I think about how much I saved financially by quitting, I figure what's $50 or $100 for a present to myself? :D

Great decision! Not only will your lungs thank you, but nothing ages your skin faster (well, tanning) than smoking. You will take years off your face. Now, go take some vitamins and get those antioxidants working!:) :) :)

That's great Jennie! Exercising will def help you too. Let us know when you tackle IMax 3!

Jennie: Yeah to you..COngratulations on quitting. I have never smoked. But, my dad did when I was little and I just hated that smoke smell...

KristaO, I started taking Chantix this past Sunday. The Dr. said I could smoke for a week after starting it, but after I finished my last pack I figured why wait till the weekend to quit smoking.
