I feel like a junkie :)

I just ordered Body Blast (SJP & SB) and Gym Style Legs. What I'm hoping to do is use Gym Style Legs or Butts & Guts for my 2 lower body workouts per week. Then I'll add on the upper body portion of MM. I prefer to do total body weights 2 days per week and cardio the other 4 days. I won't be able to do all of the 2 lowe body workouts PLUS and upper body due to time restraints but I can use premixes I guess. Do you all think this type of schedule would work for body fat loss?

sounds like you are trying to do to much

look at this. if you dont have all the DVDs then sub....also I find that when doing step aerobics my lower body hurts and that is not even using weight but everyone s different

kind of get my drift i dont know what all you have let me know so i can use subs for what you dont have

Thanks for helping me. I've practically been begging for a rotation using what I've got. So, I have:

Butts & Guts
Cardio Blast
Gym Style Legs
Body Blast (Step, Jump & Pump & Step Blast)
Muscle Max
Low Max

I also have ALL of the Turbo Jam workouts. Don't know if I should incorporate those or not until I get more Cathe DVDs. They have been good for my abs though and I think they are good for cardio. They last anywhere from 30-45 min depending on which one you do. Like I said before, I like to do total body workouts 2 days per week. I hate only doing, let's say, upper one day with cardio. I like to keep it simple. Any help will be GREATLY apprciated. Oh, I also HATE to run and don't have a treadmill. I like the DVDs instead. I could probably get anouther Cathe DVD if you can suggest a good to add to what I already have.
