Well, if you have the money...buy some new workouts that you've been wanting for a long time. I'm totally pumped up and having fun working out with my new Amy's. Then again, you may just need to take a few days off to adjust to the time change and the winter weather. Nothing wrong with a few days off....even a week as long as you get back into it. Or, put in a workout that you enjoy doing and just get moving. 9 times out of 10 if I start a workout the endorphines kick in and I end up finishing the workout and feeling great. I give myself permission to stop on a bad day but like I said 90% of the time...those endorphines kick in if I can just make myself get started. Good luck!
