I need help figuring out Cathe's classification

Hi all,

When I do the Firm rotation, it is easy for me to figure out which workouts I plan for the week, i.e. 3 Cardo+Sculpt, 1 Sculpt and 1 Cardio per week but with Cathe workouts, there are HIIT, circuit training, sculpt, cardio, etc...) Now how do I figure out Cathe's classifications and make it more like C+S, S, & C a week? I know that there are several rotations available on this thread, but I am not very good about sticking with it as I tend to sub one for another or I would use both Cathe & the Firm workouts for the week. In the past, I thought circuit training=C+S until someone from another forum said that it is not.

I welcome any ideas and/or sugguestions!
