You may laugh...but I eat 2 gummies (one a day)....every morning.

I use to take others but every since I switched to the gummies....I seem to be healthier...less sickness...and I am around germs 24/7...i work at a internal med practice!

I do also take omega 3 (nordic naturals)

I was just thinking about this. I don't take vitimins and I know I need to start. How many differernt type of vitimins does a women need to take? I know omega 3's mulitvitim, and calcium?

Great question. I also don't take vitamins but need to start: I have no energy these days (and rarely awaken refreshed from sleeping a full 8 hours) so I'm starting to wonder if this is part of the problem.

I take Rainbow Light Women's One Food based multivitamin. It's a one a day formulation. It has a good amount of B vitamins, so I tend to feel more energetic when I take it. I'm also a huge fan of Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega for my fish oil. I swear I can feel a difference when I take that one versus other fish oil brands.
I also take turmeric, Hydraplenish (hyalronic acid for joints) and a joint supplement. I haven't quite hit on a joint supplement that has been a favorite yet. I'm trying different ones as I go through them...basically all versions of glucosamine/chondroiten/MSM.
