I must be a weanie!!

I must be a total weakling!!! I did Step Jump and Pump and I use only 5 pound weights on each side of the barbell!! I hear everyone has beefed up barbells so I am thinking I am a weanie!!! LOL.
And as for dumbells I used 5 and 8 pound weights!!
 
Anyone who does a Cathe workout is NOT a weenie!!! We all do what works for US! Keep at it Leslie!

I sometimes feel the same way cause I can't lift the same as many people. But, if it's challenging you, then you are working hard. Nope, you're not a weanie!

Leslie dear, if it challenged you, then you are NOT a weanie!!!!!! Don't you just LOVE that workout!! It's still my fav of the entire BB series!!

I second all of these wonderful answers. Go at your own pace. I still use much lighter weights than people talk about here, but it's at my own pace and I'll get there someday, too. And, so will you. :) Marcia.
