I love the Power Hour DVD

For the last three weeks I have been using this DVD almost daily. I always work one or two body parts a day, e. g. I did all three "Shoulder" segments today and I can really see improvement after only three weeks!!!!!
 
I love that DVD, too! It has not only one, but three great workouts on! But now that Cathe and SNM have spoiled us with the Intensity Series pre-mixes and combos, I can just imagine how much better it could be if they redid it today!
 
I really love the Power Hour workout too. I split the upper and lower body section up and do lower one day and upper the next when I'm in a time crunch. The music is great and the pace keeps going and never drags. You know you've worked hard but the time really flies!
 
Hi guys,

I really love PH too, but stopped doing it because it took me 90 mins. to get thru the whole thing. I thought Cathe said the endurance workouts shouldn't be broken down? That they need to be done all at once? Am I missing something? Does anyone else split PH into segments? If so, how many? I'd love to go back to it!

Hey Nancy,

I split it into upper and lower as well - too long otherwise. I think as long as you complete a section (i.e. shoulders or arms) with the full sets that it does its job.

Francine probably will know better if she sees this.
 
Way cool, I should be getting my Power Hour DVD on Monday, I can't wait to start using it :7 .... it will help me get to my goal even faster lol. I bought a step stool at Wal-Mart so I could start doing some of the exercises Cathe does on her high step with her weights. I can feel the difference too. ....... Rhonda :7
 
Yes, I really like the Power Hour DVD too, whewwww those low ends and slow counting squats, plies, and lunges really get ya :eek: ... my legs are still shakin plus I thru in the lunges on MIS :eek: ... now I have to wait a little while before I can get thru the other 30 minutes of my routine lol ............ As a matter of fact, I just pulled this DVD out last night to do it this week...I just love the three workouts in it.

PowerHour, MIS and BodyMax are great workouts.
