I LOVE Plyo Legs

I was absolutely dreading this workout--and I love it! Time just flies, and it is so fun! Okay, so the half-turn squat thingies with the weight in the hands is not my idea of fun.:eek: I think it helped that I started STS Strength after I got STS Cardio. I'm finishing up my rotation this week, but I think I'll be doing this workout often.
 
I love/hate plyo legs! LOL! Those half-turn squats killed me only because about halfway through I would always start losing my balance! I just don't really like working legs. I used to, but for some reason, not so much now! I must say though plyo has really helped my runs! My legs are stronger and it's making me faster and the hills easier.

So, enjoy! I, too, liked that it was over before I knew it!
