...in 2 weeks and for the life of me I don't know how I did it. I got on the scale this morning expecting it to read high because I haven't been logging calories and I just took an active rest week (more rest than activity, mind you ). Maybe it was the rotations I'd been doing (thanks FitnessFreakk!!!), maybe it was that week of rest, maybe it was eating what I wanted when I wanted it and not giving a poop about how many calories I ate for the day?? Grrrr I wish I knew what it was; I still have 15 pounds to go!! It's taken forever to bust through this plateau and I need to keep going.
