I just got my replacement CLX DVD's..I'm not complaining...I'm just saying......... .

What should I do you guys? I just got my replacements. They are less scratched but still I see scratches on each. I am not one to complain and it was alot for me to call about the first set. I'm guessing they probably work ok but who knows. I don't have the time to watch thru ALL the dvds. should I just keep them and be done with it?

I would call again. If the rep gives you any grief and ask you to return the damaged disc, request paid shipping label. If the rep refuses to do that, ask to speak to a supervisor.

This is your money and they sent you damaged goods! A few people have experienced problems with BB customer service asking for return shipping paid by the customer. That is not your problem. They have to pay return shipping.
If they won't agree to that, call your credit card company. I don't think it will go that far. There are a few people who are on their 3rd set. I know it sucks! At least you can do the workouts until the sort this mess out.
 
Kathryn, Just how "deconditioned" did you consider yourself? I am asking b/c I have had a serious lapse in my workouts (5 months).
I was doing alright through summer (power walking and a trip to Paris where I walked everywhere---and toted heavy shopping bags ;)), but after I came back, I ended up workint out maybe 2-3 times a week (more two than 3), and not doing any heavy weight workouts.

I wasn't in horrible shape, but had gained body fat and lost muscle tone.
