It's great to read about the results people are getting...I just started this week and am lovin' it!
What should I do you guys? I just got my replacements. They are less scratched but still I see scratches on each. I am not one to complain and it was alot for me to call about the first set. I'm guessing they probably work ok but who knows. I don't have the time to watch thru ALL the dvds. should I just keep them and be done with it?
I was doing alright through summer (power walking and a trip to Paris where I walked everywhere---and toted heavy shopping bags ), but after I came back, I ended up workint out maybe 2-3 times a week (more two than 3), and not doing any heavy weight workouts.Kathryn, Just how "deconditioned" did you consider yourself? I am asking b/c I have had a serious lapse in my workouts (5 months).
