WOW!!!!! I did the first one called Cardio Conditioning which was only 37 min. and boy was I spent by the end!!!! I was soooo excited about getting this DVD that I almost wasn't in the right frame of mind to do my strength tape (PS BBA) first...:+ !!! But I did and then did the premix! I can't wait to do the whole thing probably on Friday!! There are just sooo many possibilities with these workouts. And you burn sooo many calories and drink waaayy too much water during a workout,LOL!! I will be peeing all day long:+ !!
