I have to leave some behind :(

Sorry for the sudden rush of threads from me! I'm leaving for university on Sunday, and I can't take EVERY dvd with me (it's a traumatic experience!)
So, my questions are:

Which circuit workout is your absolute favourite? (weights and cardio I mean)
Which Abs workout (not abs only dvd) is your staple?

:)

I love 4 Day Split (except the step routines cause I just don't get them )! Bootcamp and Kicbox from 4DS are great since you don't need a step or a lot of equipment.

I also second Drill Max.

Cardio Core Circuit would be great to take as well. You can do the whole thing to get in cardio and core work or the premixes can separate them out into just cardio or just core.

Good luck!

Thank you :) I had been unsure weather or not to take Drill Max... but you've convinced me. I really do love this workout. :)
I've mostly decided on my cardio workouts, and I'm taking 4DS and Gym styles for weights (Sts is too precious to me!)... so it's just circuit type ones and abs ones I'm yet to decide on :)

Drill Max is now in the bag! :)

Will you have access to the gym at the university?

I know it would be a big expense, but, perhaps downloads would be a way of getting all the DVD's you want.

Good luck in school and keeping up your fitness this school year!:D

I will have access to a gym... but I'm rather nervous about doing my exercise in public. I am taking my weights/step/bands etc (had to forgo some other 'essentials' but I'll get them in!)... I have some downloads, but I'll use my lap top to view them :) I'm more concerned about carrying all my dvds in one dvd carrycase, just in case it gets lost... then I'd lose them all! So I'm only taking some...

Thanks everyone for the suggestins so far :)

If I was very limited, I'd say the 4DS because there are so many premixes along with BM2 which also has great premixes. From those you can get cardio workouts, 3 solid ab workouts and a variety of weight workouts.

MAN .. I would have to go w/MM, BM, BM2 .. great overall sweating -pumping - jumping - work your butt off workouts!!!

Good luck!!!:D

How about packing yourself a 'care' package of dvds in addition to the ones you bring along?

You could bring along two-three rotations worth that way, and set up another two-three rotations to follow. If you have the next set of rotations ready to go, it would be easy for someone to handle the mailing - and it will feel like getting a whole 'new' set of dvds!

Best wishes with your studies :)

Good luck at university!

Glad you packed Drill Max, I love that workout! Btw my all-time favorite abs routine is the bonus stability ball abs on Butts & Guts, it works the abs/core and it's fun, and I like the music.

Favorite circuit is CW (also comes with Imax 2) but then again how about SJP? Excellent abs there.

Personally, I use Yoga Today for abs. Free online. Downloads from iTunes, no DVDs necessary, just an advertisement in the beginning and you can fast forward.

Are you going far away, or will you be able to visit home at least a couple of times during the school year? (I assume you are from England or Australia, or somewhere where they say "going to University" and spell some words with "ou" rather than o, ;)).

If you can, I'd suggest making several packs of workouts, take the first one with you, and when you visit home, exchange it for another pack (or maybe do a mail exchange if it's not another country).

Yes, Kathryn, I'm from England :) I am going far away, but I'll be back after 8 weeks, for a couple of weeks, and then go again. i think that sounds sensible, to pack them up according to rotations :) I think I shall do that.

As for putting them on my computer.. how do I put a dvd on my computer? Can I rip it like I can with CDs? Because if so, that's a perfect solution!
