I have NO idea what to buy!

I am relatively new to Cathe's workouts, but I am COMPLETELY addicted to her now! I only have three of her videos and no equipment except for a FIRM fanny lifter that I use for a high step. I own the Timesaver, Boot Camp, and KickMax DVD's. I basically do them all week, because I love these workouts so much. I have scouring this website trying to decide what to buy next. I want to continue to have well-rounded workouts with a mixture of weights and cardio. Should I go ahead and buy, "Kick, Punch, and Crunch," or bite the bullet and buy a step, as well as a few DVD's. Right now I considering, Pyramid Upper and Lower Body, Low Max, IMAX 2 + Cardio and Weights, Power Hour. What do you all recommend? What should I do? Financially, I can't really buy EVERYTHING at one time. I'm in fairly good shape. The workouts I have kill me, but I can usually get through them. Thanks for your help!

I do think a step is a must. So many workouts use one. The Kick, Punch & Crunch along with Legs & Glutes DVD is great. So many premixes that it is tough to get bored. In fact all of the Body Blast DVDs have great premixes. The Pyramids are good also for weight training, and any of the Imaxes will kick your butt!! You really can't go wrong with any of the workouts if you are addicted...like the rest of us....by the way...http://planetsmilies.net/15384.gif[/img] ....:)...Carole

I agree with Carole. My original club step was my single best purchase last year. It really opens doors to a lot of the really fun workouts. The workouts to buy for use would depend on your ability to pick up the choreography. Do you have any experience stepping? If not, you may want to start with some of the older workouts (Cardio Hits, The Classics) before moving on to the newer stuff. The older workouts are just as fun; they're just broken down more granularly.

LowMax is very popular in these parts, too.

Good luck! You really can't go wrong with whatever you buy, although I would recommend going right for the DVDs rather than VHS due to the sheer number of pre-mixes on the DVDs.

Let us know what you choose!

Here is my thought: Do whatever Carole reccomends, she knows this stuff inside and out and has given me GREAT advice on everything. She is also very inspirational and very generous with her time and advice.

Thank you so much everybody! I truly appreciate and respect your advice! I already ordered the step, and the IMAX 2 + Cardio and Weights, and the Body Max DVD's. I can't WAIT for them to get here! I watched the IMAX 2 video clip and it looked like so much fun! I have minimal experience with step aerobics, but after watching it, I think I can probably get through it with a lot of practice. (I am not coordinated at all.) However, now that I have the step, I can get most of Cathe's other DVD's! Thanks again!
