Hello
I am an intermediate to advanced weight trainer. I have recently bought two of your dvds: slow and heavy and pure strength. I love slow and heavy as I think it is very challenging and I always know I have worked out. However, I do not feel i benefit very much from the pure strength series. The problem I have is the speed of the reps. In order to maintain the speed of the reps I find I have to use a weight that is much lighter than I usually use and I do not actually feel like I have worked out. If i use a heavier weight i cannot keep the speed up. I cannot find a middle ground that works for me. I have tried swapping weights as I get fatigued through the sets but that does not really work for me either as again the sets too fast to swap over.
Is there a solution I could suggest to help me work along to the pace of the dvd and get a challenging workout for me. I really want to work at the pace of the dvd as i play the dvd on my laptop and I cannot easily stop and start playback.
Thanks verymuch for your help
Andrea
