I hate pulses!!! OUCH!!!

Well, I just wanted to share that I highly dislike the pulses you do when doing leg lunges. OUCH!!!!

Anyone else?

I avoid them whenever possible!!!

Especially when Cathe's does a lot of reps when doing those leg pulses, I really suffer. I am getting used to it, but boy oh, boy, they sure are one of my least favorites!
 
One legged friggin squats kill me everytime, in B&G especially!x(
I have a love/hate thing going on with working my lower body that is fo sure!
 
You are right, it does hurt, but I love the burn.

Call me sick if you will, but at least I know I am getting a good workout! :)

I actually don't mind the pulses as much as I dislike the dreaded "LOW END"...especially the "LONG LOW END"! They are just about half evil! }(

I'm with you. I really hate them. Sometimes hurts so much I have to take a break. Pulses are really the only thing that force me to take breaks during Cathe workouts.
