I had no idea she's 50. Now I'm impressed. She might not put out the greatest home workouts, & maybe I don't like her style, but DAMN that woman looks great! Whatever she's doing, it's working. Kathy Smith too.

Also, trying to squeeze everything into one post, what do you guys think of Valerie Bertinelli? I must repeat, DAMN that woman looks great! I don't know if it's Jenny Craig, Val's personal chef or her personal trainer, but she's just as adorable as she was 25 years ago. I would just love to see her make a comeback. Maybe as a divorced mom w/2 teen daughters.

I just saw Valerie Bertinelli on Rachel Ray yesterday. She looks fantastic! It seems like she just started with Jenny Craig -- and she has already lost all the weight -- wow! I agree, would love to see her make a comeback!!

Kathy Smith is amazing. I used to have a small picture of her on the side of my frig... it was an article of how good she looks at her age. a little inspiration. Her "You" series of workouts aren't bad for a day you don't want to push so much either. Kinda fun for a lazy Saturday.
