I got a Powerstrike reply Today-Sunday!

Hello All I can't believe it, someone over at Videofitness gave
me the address to [email protected]. So I forwarded all
the e-mails I sent to the original address to her complaining of lack of svc and someone e-mailed me with this:

I am so sorry for not getting back to you. We received your order today. Unfortunately all of the DVD orders can not go out due to fact that they are not ready yet. We have been having major technical difficulties. They will be ready on January 13th. Again I greatly apologize for the lack of service.

I'm interested in getting the Powerstrike DVD but don't want to go through all the problems you went through. When you finally get it and view it would you mind sharing your opinions of it? I'd also like to know how the quality is, considering they had "major technical difficulties". Thanks so much...

I am not able to read Cathe's forum everyday, so I appoligize but what exactly happened to you/your order?? The reason I am asking is because I ordered Powerstrike 3 DVD and was just thinking today how I have not heard anything yet. Does anyone know when to expect it? Thanks for letting me know.

I emailed them on Monday and got a reply in astonishing 10 minutes !
They wrote :
"Our customers service will be switch to a new Company and the link will be set up in a couple of days.
The DVD release has been postponed (!! audio problems) to the end of Jan.
The good news is that it should be definitive this time!!!"

I emailed back to ask if I am suppose to reorder it again since they change company and I was told that if I need to I will get an email but I should not.

This is all I know so far Jane !

Well!
I am not surprised that I haven't heard from them.
They told me January 13th, Today is Jan 15 and I haven't heard
not one thing from them not via e-mail or by telephone.
I have given up on them. I don't have time to make them do their job. If you can't give me decent customer svc I can't give you my hard earned money. Besides Cathe's more exciting
to work out with. I rcvd my powerstrike 2 tape via an in person drop off. And I personally don't think they're worth the effort.
I spent so much time trying to get them to do their job with decent customer svc that by the time I got the powerstrike 2 tape, I was disappointed. It's not bad it just wasn't worth the effort.

They have kickbox videos, very good ones but the service is not top quality.......:)) !!!
they are in the process of releasing the #3 in dvd format but they keep on postponing the day and it is not always that easy to have a reply to emails from them for some people

Anyway I don't think it is the right forum to discuss them....we shoud move to the open discussion, I think it would be more appropiate, wouldn't it ?

Here is the response I got today! Now they won't ship my VHS I ordered until the DVDs are done!

I e-mailed them and told them to ship the VHS alone or cancel my order! This sure does remind us of the great customer svc. we have from SNM and Cathe!

You ordered the Millennium Series 2 VHS and 3 DVD. Because the DVD is not yet available we are holding your order until we can ship it all together.. I apologize for the inconvenience and as soon as we ship it out we will let you know

Alright... got a new response from Powerstrike. Sounds like they are now saying the DVDs will ship at the end of the month. Guess we will see..

We are very sorry for the mistake. You are absolutely right - the video should have gone out right away. We will send it out by overnight mail on Monday and the DVD should follow by no later then the end of the month. Again, we apologize for the mix-up. Please bear with us; we are outsourcing our e-store beginning next week which should clear up all problems.

I can't wait to see if they will ship the dvd as promised,
since they have been claiming the dvd will ship since Nov.
