I finished my 30K!

Thanks first off to my daily check in friends Elaine and Sandra for your well wishes!

I had a great time. Ran with my sister and she does deserve the Trail running Energizer Bunny award! She slipped on her butt in one of the 8 creek crossings, then she twisted her ankle, and last but not least did practically a face plant as she fell, but STILL kept on going.x( I am so proud of her. The weather was awesome and the trail wasn't even muddy due to the rain the last few days. She got 1st in her age division and even though I was alot slower than last year, I got 2nd in my age division http://smilies.sofrayt.com/%5E/r/dance.gif[/img]...I even got a 5 min massage for my sore hamstring/glute area. Now a nap sounds very nice!!!...Carole
