I don't know WHY I'm so confused with STS!

I have two diff sets of neoprene...6 pounders and 7 pounders...the 6's are more rounded on the ends and the platemates don't stay on. The 7's are flatter and they stay on. So, I guess it comes down to how flat the ends are. I would think if your Power Blocks are metal, they would attach just fine as long as you have an area where the platemates can grip good. Okay, do we have you nice & confused now? :)

Thanks!

Thanks so much. I really appreciate your checking on them.

I doubt those platemates will stick on my neoprene, as they're all rounded on the ends. :(

It might be a different story with PowerBlocks. What worries me is the paint over those PowerBlocks metal plates. Not sure if platemates will hold on to them. I guess I may need to go to a store and test it out.

It sucks that I cannot increase my upperbody strength as fast as my lower body. I have to dial in a smaller increase on weights when there's shoulder exercise involved. With lower body, I can increase by 5 lbs no problem. I am still trying to find a holy grail solution to this problem besides using weighted gloves, ankle weights, etc. for the time being....

Thanks again for your help!

I could be wrong but I don't THINK paint will hinder them from attaching. But, like you said, take one of your Blocks with you to the store to test it out. Good Luck! Hope they work for you!
