I didn't know where to stick this

OK this is kind of nice. I started my period today (I know whats nice about that?) Well I had no PMS. My boobs were not sore, No cramps...and the only thing I can attribute it to is that since I officially started STS on tuesday I have been eating really clean all week...My sts resolution...Why bother if you are not going all the way! It is so wierd. It was just there and I really had no idea. I mean I knew it was coming but I thought I might be a little late because I had no symptoms.

I think you just got lucky. My periods are almost always like that and my diet is terrible. But, keep up the clean eating - I desperately need to clean up my diet!

Hey Rachel - The clean eating could have something to do with this, especially if you've cut back on foods that are considered "inflammatory" like sugar and highly refined carbs. No PMS is always a good thing.

I dont think "luck" has anything to do with it...For those that suffer with PMS/ PCOS/ttom clean eating does indeed make a difference... Sugars, white stuff & caffeine are known culprits. Congrats on finding something that helps! Now the key is teaching those habitual cravings the same lesson!
