Hello all,

I just did HSTA (1st time-and relatively new to Cathe). I am pleased to say I made it through start to finish!! Ok I'll fess up did miss a rep or two but no more than that. My step work needs some fine tuning. I did the first set of push ups on my toes and part of the second- but then it was down to my knees ;( -so darn many push ups. Leg presses first two I did with wts the rest without.

I was really worried when I ordered this one, but now I'm totally glad I did.

BTW, anyone have a crane to get me out of bed in the morn??? :7

I LOVE this workout!!! I feel completely worked out and pumped after this. I love all the leg presses because they keep my heart rate up from the cardio blasts.

It's one of my Cathe favorites!!

Hi Catherine,

I did HSTA yesterday for the first time! I am so glad I got this one. What a great workout; it hits all the major muscle groups. I know that this one will help give me the results that I want. Today I did Imax 2 and had to pause several times. Just didn't have much energy today. I need to plan a rotation since I'm no longer on the FF and I used their rotations. What rotation are you using?

:)

Debbie,
I have never "subscribed" to a rotation so to speak. What I generally do is alt the workouts I have, to do a total of 5-6 w/o per week. Usually try to do 1-2 sculpt days, 1-3 cardio, and 1-2 aerobics + wt. I usually wind up doing just 5 w/o a week so I do 1 sculpt, 2 a&w and 2 cardio-that's my typical week. I think I'll give a rotation a try eventually when I get more Cathe and see how that goes.

I'm plannning on KPC tomorrow and I hope I'm not too wore out from HSTA!!!
