Today is cardio day, and I am torn between original Boot Camp cardio...(several cycles), or the 45+ minute scrambled cardio blast from Drill Max.

I'll check the responses I get in a half hour, if any at all...majority will rule...if no responses, I may do something truly unique...and flip a coin!

Oh yeah, another vote for - Drill Max - for sure. Throw in a couple Bootcamp cycles at the end just to make sure you got enough. }(

I'm friggin' whipped!!! From now on, I'll pick my own workouts, if you don't mind......:7 I got a little of both DM and BC in my workout. One of the drills has heavy step emphasis, so while Cathe was stepping, I was jacking and running...I never drank so much water in my life!!!
 
Great one! I did Drill Max cardio/ leg premix today since I hadn't done it in a while. I *heart* Drill Max!!
