I can't believe I killed it

I just tried to use my KP&C/Legs & Glutes dvd and found out it no longer works. This was the first dvd I purchased from Cathe nearly 20 yrs ago and it was always my favorite. In the beginning, I used it weekly, then as new workouts came out, I still continued to use it at least monthly. I love both workouts and now it's gone. I know it's not my dvd player because I tried many other dvds and they played with no problem. I tried cleaning it, but nothing worked. I still have On Demand, but I never got rid of any of her dvds that I already had up to RWH, found no reason to get rid of them since I still used them. So I guess I will have to use these workout online too.

You might contact CS about it. Maybe it's been way too long, but maybe they will replace
it. Worth checking on.

One of my all time favorite kickboxing warmups is the one on KP&C. I use it all the time
in the blender with kickbox workouts.

In honor of me not having my dvd, I did Legs & Glutes On Demand. I'm not going to bother getting another dvd since I have Cathe's On Demand, but at least I most definitely got my moneys worth using it so much. I just cannot believe that it's been nearly 20 yrs to the month that I started with Cathe.

I still can't believe it has been 20+ years since KPC/LG was released either! I hope I can still do it in another 20 years (I'd be in my late 80's)! Woo woo ... what a thought!
