You know I am really sorry. When I do something like that, I just say how much have I paid for entertainment at one time or another. It does not compare to the difference and this lasts longer. I love this DVD. I am sure you will enjoy this dvd and not regret the money you spent. That is all that matters.

Pls dont be upset my husband is the same way about his video games if he wants it he will pay 20.00 more just to get it when he wants it and not wait for a sale. I think cathe would be upset to know you feel this way. I think her company should pay for it. What deplorable customer service.

I understand completely. Sure It sounds bad paying $65.00 but I'll bet you were pretty excited to have it in your hands and felt that it was worth it. I personally love this DVD. I work with people who don't always understand my love of fitness. One girl saw the price of the Hardcore series and said "Oh my you actually paid that?". I said "Yes and I use every one of them unlike the money you paid for exercise equipment sitting unused" I have seen people pay hundreds of dollars for things that don't interest me at all. But if they use it and think that it's worth it then it is. Have a great time using Rhythmic Step. Please post how you liked it.

You have to look at shipping also. I don't know what you paid for shipping but in my experience on eBay it is much less than the $6 they charge on the Cathe website. Factor in your savings from the shipping and you are probably much closer to the price you'd paid on Cathe's. With shipping on Cathe's, you'd paid $56.00 if I am not mistaken. Don't feel bad, you wanted something that wasn't available to you and you didn't know when it would be available so you took advantage of a sure thing. I've done it lots of times. Enjoy your DVD. I'm not sure you'll feel the same way after trying RS for the first time. I tripped all over myself:+ I'm still trying to master that one!!!!

Catwoman - In the grand scheme of things $15 is really nothing. You are absolutely correct that I'm sure we have ALL overpaid for something and probably by a lot more than $15. I can't even tell you how many articles of clothing or shoes I have purchased and worn maybe once and never again. At least you know your investment is going to be used so much that it will be worth more than you ever actually paid for it.:7

but why would a grown woman need "support" after choosing to forego waiting for her back-ordered dvd and paying $15 extra to get it faster?
and why is she complaining about her choice to do so? no one made her do this--
"... I emailed Customer Service at Cathe.com and asked them when they expected it. They could not give me an answer...and that was only a week ago. Now, if all of a sudden they get their shipment of RS in this week, after they couldn't give me an answer about when it would be available, I will truly be ticked off"
--if customer service didn't tell her when it would be off back-order when SHE wanted to know, its most likely because THEY didn't know. there is no relationship between their inability to tell you when it would come off BO and the fact that it may come off a week later, you don't know WHY it was on BO, there could have been 1000 reasons.
seems ludicrous to be so angry over a snafu and a regretted choice and to punish the woman who creates the wonderful workouts we all love by not allowing her to profit from them (by buying them from her distributor)
