but why would a grown woman need "support" after choosing to forego waiting for her back-ordered dvd and paying $15 extra to get it faster?
and why is she complaining about her choice to do so? no one made her do this--

--if customer service didn't tell her when it would be off back-order when SHE wanted to know, its most likely because THEY didn't know. there is no relationship between their inability to tell you when it would come off BO and the fact that it may come off a week later, you don't know WHY it was on BO, there could have been 1000 reasons.
seems ludicrous to be so angry over a snafu and a regretted choice and to punish the woman who creates the wonderful workouts we all love by not allowing her to profit from them (by buying them from her distributor)
