by all of the folks on this website:

To all of you who have shared your personal information...I feel humbled by having your trust.

To all of you who have shared your triumphs...thank you for allowing me to share in your endeavors. :D

To all of you who have suffered through the toxicity :( (read: Fitnessfreak AKA Debbie)...kudos for ALL that you do!!!

To all of you who share your daily circumstances...thank you for blessing me with your lives...I love your honesty. ;)

That's all that I have. I just wanted you to know that I feel blessed and honored every single day for having the opportunity to read what you have to give. You are an amazing group of people. I hope that I have the good fortune to meet you one day on a road trip or wherever our paths may cross. I am thinking of you, and this forum, and looking forward to "seeing" you on my living room floor tomorrow when Cathe and I have our daily "session". :)

Thanks for listening. :D

Aw. How cool is this thread?! :)

*hugs Laura* I feel the same way. I love hanging out with strong, funny, smart, kind women.

That is a sweet thread!

I am also thankful for all of you on here! You all bring so much to this table and it is greatly appreciated!

Hey Debbie,

I've never emailed you directly, but I DO appreciate your input. You ROCK and please do not ever stop what you're doing. You are an inspiration to ALL who visit this fourm (and all of them as well!!!).

Your friend in fitness!!!!

That is so sweet, and so true. I'm always talking to people at work, starting sentences with "Well, at that fitness forum I'm always at there was this one woman who had that problem and she..." I sometimes get the funniest looks and I know people think 'Does she LIVE online?' Actually, I only check in once every other day unless I'm off (like yesterday and today). I get a lot of valuable information on this particular board, fitness and NON-fitness related and I feel real concern when one of my board buddies is in trouble and needs help. Couldn't agree more.

This IS a great thread. And now, coming from somebody who has shared her own personal struggles over the past few years, it is WONDERFUL to HAVE somewhere to share it and trust that those reading empathize and care.

I don't post too much, but have learned so much about fitness and life from so many of you ladies over the years! I feel like I know many of you :) The internet can be such a wonderful thing!

Great thread :D

Ditto everything that has been said! Dec. 12th is my "Cathe Website Anniversary" and im not sure i would of lost all my weight without you guys! I mean,My DH and parents/siblings love and care about me but YOU guys understand my "will to achieve fitness". Its you guys that give me 'high fives' after a great workout,And listen to me vent when i get upset.

This site has changed my life!:D And if I can ever get the nerve(and the money;)) to go on a road trip or even a get together it would be an honor to meet you guys and OMG CATHE....i wouldn't even know what to say:confused:!(im shy:eek:)

Great Thread

Ummm Amelia? 97 lbs? Holy crap! That alone has given me my inspiration for the day! Totally amazing & incredibly admirable. I insist you attend the next RT just so I can shake your hand in person. :)

Something about women in fitness. I don't know what it is, but women who are into fitness--or maybe just into Cathe?--seem to have other wonderful qualities as well.

Laura & Debbie, you're both girls we all look up to. Forget how you look (which is awesome), it's what's in your hearts that impresses me most. ;)

Thanks Lauramax! I love reading all of your threads! I would love to meet you and shake your hand:)

LauraMax - And your help with growing hair is priceless to me. The faster mine grows, the better. I took all your advice to heart and purchased everything I need. So thank you for that!

Debbie, did you get Paula's book? It is SO helpful!

Just remember one word....maybe write it in lipstick on your bathroom mirror: PATIENCE! Don't give in to the scissor urge when it gets to that awkward in-between length............;)

No, I haven't gotten the book yet, but plan on purchasing that. I got all the conditioners and stuff, though. :)

Yes, Patience. One word that isn't in my nature.

Thanks!

I think Jodi will look cute no matter what. :)

Jodi, I think it's kinda like when you quit smoking--just give it a day or so & the urge will pass.

Thanks gals...you're both so sweet! I did resist the urge, and just had a trim to clean up the ends a bit.

edit: sorry to have derailed the thread! this is a great thread, and a great forum, full of great people!

And I am dying to meet Amelia in person! Maybe we can meet at Callaway Gardens the next time we head down that way...what are you doing in April?:p

Well, I'm gonna just keep this train de-railed for now! Please dish, girls! I've been wanting to try to grow my hair out the last 9 months or so, but I CAN'T stand it when it gets to a certain point!!! What book are we talking about here?????
