I am new and Love your exercise routines!

Hello, Cathe! My husband got me into watching Fitness TV and although I was hesitant at first that I would actually like it, I am pleased to find out that I really do!

I watched several of the shows and narrowed yours down along with another one that I really like.

I love your kickboxing but the one I saw on Fitness TV really makes my knees sore. ;) I think its the one titled : Kick, Jump and Crunch or something like that. I do it, but in moderation. I try to combine with other aerobics to do a full work out.

I also went to Walmart and bought the stepper and was very glad to see that it has your CD along with it. I really like it!

Thank you for your inspiration. I am also a mommy of two, and I am working on getting rid of some of the weight from last pregnancy. I had two C-sections, and the lower stomach is hard to shrink!

Also, I carried two girls and the second really strechted me out in all directions. You carried your 2nd boy (saw your pics) really well. All out front!! I didn't! Mine was all over.

Thanks for your note. You sound so happy and into making a difference on your fitness journey. You are on the right track. Listen to your body every step of the way. Kudos to you for finding a substitute workout for the portion of the kickboxing workout that bothers your knees.

You sound like a very busy woman! A wife, a mother and a workout instructor!!! And I thought I was busy!

I will definetely let you know how I am doing. I am measuring my waist area, hips and chest to see if I start loosing inches. And also, weight overall.

I wanted to tell you that I also live in Florida like your sister, unless she's moved.

About the baking, I love baking and cake decorating! Luckily, this is not a problem for me because I rarely eat cakes! I just like to decorate them. I do my kids birthday party cakes.

Thank you again for being a friend to all of us! Its wonderful to have a woman tell us how we can workout and get results. Especially a woman, because who can better understand our body but another woman.
