On Friday. I am excited and nervous at the same time. Hopefully I am not the fattest,most out of shape person there. I am hoping to get inspired. I have really been lagging in the motivation departement.

Oh, the wealth of fitness information you'll get to talk with her about. Stop fretting about appearances. WHO CARES! Be yourself, be happy and have FUN! I will be watching for a follow up post about your experience. :D
 
Trish - that is very cool! I really admire Monica's physique. She does her FEM camps pretty often in the city I live in but they seem to be more for competitors - which I definitely am not.

Anyway, I'll be looking forward to your follow up. Have a great time!:)

fit camp was very nice. monica brant is so down to earth and friendly. she was very encouraging and gave me a lot of encouragement to meet my goals. she showed us a bunch of new exercises as well. her husband came with her and he was very nice too. i got her book and she autographed it for me. i read her book in about a day. the main thing is that i feel motivated again and i feel that my goals are attainable again. before fit camp i was unmotivated and not making any progress and now i have new energy for this fight. i got to meet a lot of fitness minded women as well. i really didn't have friends or family that are interested in fitness, so it was nice being with some fit minded people.
