fit camp was very nice. monica brant is so down to earth and friendly. she was very encouraging and gave me a lot of encouragement to meet my goals. she showed us a bunch of new exercises as well. her husband came with her and he was very nice too. i got her book and she autographed it for me. i read her book in about a day. the main thing is that i feel motivated again and i feel that my goals are attainable again. before fit camp i was unmotivated and not making any progress and now i have new energy for this fight. i got to meet a lot of fitness minded women as well. i really didn't have friends or family that are interested in fitness, so it was nice being with some fit minded people.
