Hypertrophy question

Hello, Cathe -

If I understand correctly, the new STS you are creating using the concept of hypertrophy. I googled the term 'hypertrophy' and found this link:

Do I understand the information on this website to mean that hypertrophy utilizes the concept of *not* waiting 48 hours before working the same muscle group again, or is it just about lifting weights based on a 1-rep maximum?

I don't mean to put you into a situation of commenting on anothr website, but I'm just trying to understand the myriad of info that is available on the 'net.

Hypertrophy just means 'muscle growth,'so it isn't specific to any particular program.
