I'm a huge fan of bulletproof coffee and have been drinking it regularly for months now. I actually add 2 raw eggs to mine as well. My full "recipe" is: 2 eggs, 1T coconut oil, 1T Kerrygold butter, splash of vanilla extract, shake of cinnamon, shake of salt - blend all that up in the blender REALLY well, then slowly drizzle in the brewed coffee. When all the coffee is in, do another quick high speed blend to make it frothy. It's the best tasting latte I've ever had. LOVE IT.
Your bulletproof coffee recipe sounds delicious. Everything but the raw eggs. I have an aversion to raw eggs. I don't know why. When I was in high school, my friends and I would get together and make a batch of chocolate chip cookies. We would have the dough eaten before it was baked. I'm going to give the coffee a try.
