Thanks Christine. I'm gonna give it a shot and see what happens.
So I've decided against the Power class for my obligation at work. They offer yoga, pilates and a yoga/pilates mix class so I am going to take one of them each week instead. It's something I don't get often enough anyway and easier to fit into my w/o schedule since it's not cardio or weight lifting. Funny thing is, I was just telling Cathy that I would have no idea where to fit pilates (and yoga for that matter) in these days. I guess this will force me to figure it out so perhaps, even though it's a stupid policy and a pain in the behind, it's a blessing in disguise as it will make me do it every week. I am going to start with the yoga/pilates mix class at 10:30am on Friday. I may go earlier and get a run in before hand as well.
Okay, off to make supper. In the mood to get it out of the way today. I usually put it off until the last minute when I am cooking! LOL
