I want to try HSTA. I don't own the High Step, but I do own a regular Club size step, and a Super Step. I just previewed the workout, and it looks like I could get away with doing the cardio portions on the end of my regular step, and use my Super Step for the leg presses.
Does anyone do the cardio on the end of your long step? Does it feel okay?
