how does this look
monday: full body workout with 30 min run
tuesday: one of cathes cardios
wednesday: legs(G&S, B&G, or L&G)
thursday: cathe cardio
friday: cicuit
i have recently cut down on cardio but feel as though i'm putting back on weight so i want to fit it in again. plus i'm not liking the results in my arms with such focus on them so i think just hitting them in total body workouts would be good. i build very easily in the upper body however my lower body is stubborn. opinions would be appreciated
 
Hi Kariey good workout list. Do you have Kick Punch and Crunch? This DVD has great lower body premixes.
