How to use Pure Strength as a rotation?

Do you do each tape just once per week since there are three tapes and just cardio in between? I just don't think hitting each body part once a week seems enough.

pretty much the idea LOL. you can do on workout every other day or every two days at best with cardio in between where you see to fit. the thing with splits is that you are lifting heavier and more intense(also a bit longer then doing a full body workout under an hour, most of these workouts hit the same group for 20+ mins at a time where full body could get only 5-10 for each muscle group tops) that you need that time to recover your muscles for the next workout. most fitness competitors use this method as well.

I made up my own rotation this month using PS. Last week I did PS every other day with cardio on the other days. This week I plan to do 1 Timesaver segment and add the same body part worked in PS. Ex.:Sunday--Timesaver#1 (cardio, chest/triceps)and then PS chest and triceps., and so on.

Gin:)

Here's another rotation:
day 1: PS chest, shoulders and tri
day 2: Imax of choice
day 3: PS back and bi
day 4: yoga or stretch
day 5: kickbox of choice
day 6: PS legs
day 7: rest

PS used this way with really heavy weights (last 3 reps are still good form by hard) should give you great results. As always, clean eating is key!
Good Luck-

Anyone do PS Legs and alternate with a PS upper body (combining the two upper body workouts into one) and do a 2 day split? For example, I was thinking of doing something like this:

PS Legs + short cardio
PS Upper + short cardio
PS Legs + short cardio
PS Upper + short cardio
Long cardio
