How to use CTX

Hi Cathe!

I just ordered CTX, and I'm so excited! Is there a certain order I should do the workouts in if I am doing a rotation with just this series? For example, if I do the workout with shoulders on Monday is it ok to do the workout with chest on Tuesday? Or are the six workouts designed to be done in a specific order? Thanks for any input!

Hi Lori,

If you do a Subject Only search using "CTX Rotation" or "CTX Series" or just "CTX" you'll get lots of ideas on how to use this great series.

Cathe recommended this one a while back:

Day 1: Circuit/Back
Day 2: Step & Intervals/Chest
Day 3: All Step/Shoulders
Day 4: Meaner Legs
Day 5: 10-10-10/Triceps
Day 6: Kickbox/Biceps
Day 7: Rest/Alleluia

I think you can pretty much do the workouts in any order, though it's been advised not to do Power Circuit and Leaner Legs on consecutive days since they involve more intense lower body workouts.
