I've been a Cathe fan for a while now... however the last few weeks (months really) I have lost all my focus and determination to eat healthfully and exercise. Now I feel fat and lazy
Does anybody have suggestions on how and where to start over?
I am 5,4 and around 130 pounds. I would like to first focus on loosing some weight and then strength training. Could anyone suggest a rotation?
I am also wondering about my diet. If I work (sit) all day and exercise for an hour/ 5 days a week how many calories should I be eating in order to loose weight as fast as possible???
Fitness freak: I have read your posts before. Can you offer any words of wisdom?
