How often do you weigh yourself?

Another lifetime WW member here. I weigh myself every day. I too have learned to recognize trends and don't worry about the normal ups and downs. However if it starts becoming ups only I know it's time to do something immediately. I'd be afraid to weigh myself only occasionally because I could honestly see gaining 10lbs in a week and it's much harder to lose 10lbs than 5 or 2.

Exactly. I know from experience that I can regain weight very quickly. I weigh every day to stay on top of things. However, I can gain as much as five pounds in a day (I honestly don't know how that happens) so I would be afraid to weigh less often. What if my weigh in day was the day I happened to have gained five pounds? I would panic for nothing.

But, if I don't weigh very regularly, I can easily start putting it back on and then it is harder to take it off if you don't catch it early.
 
I'm a daily weigher also. Helps keep me on track for maintaining. I know when I need to buckle down & fly right this way. It works for me.....:D

I'm also on WW and found that my scale at home is not accurate, so I only WI at my weekly meeting.
