How often do you eat?

I feel like I'm constantly eating. I have 3 meals but I nosh a lot in between on things like fruit, veggies, and veggie soup. I'm one of those people who feels like a bottomless pit, always hungry, so I have to eat often. I'm on WW and I count every point.
 
I usually eat 5 times per day. It's amazing that I weigh less now than I did when I ate 3 times per day. It really is important to fuel your body with clean food! It really works for you! :)
 
After reading so much about "eating clean", I cannot wait to buy this book!

I eat appx. 3 to 4 times per day.

Sometimes I literally forget to eat until nighttime when I can get the noctural munchies.

I've been doing a LOT better about that since I take my Ambien and go straight to bed!

I often have trouble with my appetite, so at times I find food disgusting.

I think it is partly associated with my medications. Sometimes I take one bite of food and want to throw up. I take a lot of medication for depression right now and some of it just takes the appetite away.

I take Actonel for bone loss one time per week and I always feel lousy on that day and really don't want food. Actonel is very effective, so I take it regularly.

I drink way more than I eat. I am drinking more and more water and love Snapple Diet Peach Tea and Diet Minute Maid Lemonade.

The book is by Tosca Reno, The Eat Clean Diet

You can get it at Barnes and noble or Amazon dot com.

An easy read with lots of info you probably already know, but she supplies a two week sample diet to follow which in my opinion makes the book.
 
The book is wonderful. Most of it is probably stuff we already know, but it doesn't hurt to be reminded!

Because I am doing the challenge right now, I am eating 5 times a day. The book says six, but I am just not hungry for the before bed snack.

I usually eat 5-6 times per day depending on what time my day starts. I'll have 3 meals and 3 snacks.
 
i usually do 6 small meals a day. however for the past few days i have done 3 large ones. i like the fact that i don't think about food all the time with 3 larger meals and i don't have to bring food with me everywhere, however i feel lathargic and bloated. i had lunch today at 1 and i'm still stuffed and don't know when i'm going to workout b/c now i'm just to darn full. i may go back to smaller meals b/c my body is so used to eat and i feel like it is more efficient.
