How not to wake up you husband at 5:00 to exercise?

Ha! Ha! We're in the process of finishing our bonus room into my dream workout room. The hardwood floor installation is going to be finished this Saturday. Tonight my husband needed me to put some rubber caps on our weight machine so while I'm up there I'm scoping out the available floor space for my aerobics and he notes that my layout of the exercise equipment and television is going to look good and provide plenty of room for my...and he does his cute Cathe aerobics move! So I jump up and down and say, "Ya, there's enough room but now you guys are gonna hear me jumping in the morning." He says, "I hear you now." I'm like, "Really?!?!" I laughed and told him about this thread! He says, "Oh yeah, I hear 'ya. Sometimes I can't go back to sleep." Uh oh! I've been working out down in our living room (which is under our bedroom) thinking he doesn't hear a thing. If the noise is too much in the new workout room at 4AM, maybe he'll just roll outta bed and hit the weights or the treadmill!

At least he doesn't complain or get grumpy! I was bodybuilding when we started dating so he's no stranger to me exercising. He likes me better when I'm on my program....I'm not easy to live with when I miss my workouts!

I don't wake up that early to exercise but if I did then the alarm would go off and he'd deal with it. We've always gotten up at different times in the morning so one of us is always disturbed by the alarm before we have to get up...it's no big deal to either of us to be honest...

My problem with working out while DH is still sleeping is that the room I work out in is right next door to our bedroom so it would be awful noisy as I play the dvds pretty loud! Not to mention the jumping around and such!
