How much cardio is everyone doing?

Hey Ladies, I was just wondering those of you doing Cathe's Jan. Sts/cardio rotation if you are sticking to it exactly? Or r u adding more cardio on cardio days or adding cardio on weight days? I'm trying to stick to what she has posted but sometimes feel since the STS Cardio workouts are shorter I'm not doing enough. Whats you ladies opinion? Thanks in advance! Lori
 
I did this rotation for the first two weeks. I did add extra cardio on the weight work days. But, I wasn't getting enough weight work. Now, I'm going to be doing four days of different cardio and two full body weightwork.

During those two week, I ate really clean and lost 5.5 lbs.
 
mines different

hiit then disk 1
disk 3 legs+insane abs or insanity-no pushups
hiit then disk 2
insane abs(no cardio),stretch
insanity(one with pushups)

I have been adding extra cardio on the cardio days since I don't have time on the non-cardio days. Since the scheduled cardio workouts are usually short, I have been adding cardio on the Hiit days and then on day 6 which is my Saturday since I have more time.
 
I have been sticking to the rotation. Maybe on cardio days I add extra abs, and I'm going for a walk with my little ones on the weekends, they ride their bike and my DH and I walk or jog 3 Miles, last Sunday I did 400 miters walking lunges in 16 min. just for the fun of it, my DH did the same on Friday whit his Marines and he was soooo soore(after running in the morning and lifting heavy weight, yes he squat 240-260 pounds) for 3 days so he asked me to do the same and see if my legs were going to be the fried, but (thanks Cathe) my muscle endurance is good and I was sore but not that bad.
But probably I should add more cardio!!!
 
I definitely added more cardio. Imax 1,2,3, The Terminator, Hardcore extreme, Step Blast. I did the cardio twice one day or did all HIIT workouts one day. I will add some Cardio Coach this week Vol 7 and 8.
The workouts are great, I just need more cardio. :p

WOW you have more energy then I do!! I have added Imax 2 and shorter w/o's with the HIIT w/o but doing all three HIIT'S in one day, I don't think I could do that, and I don't think I want to try. lol
 
I followed the rotation BUT added cardio... so I'd do exactly what Cathe has put down.. and then on all cardio days and 2/3 weight days I'd add another shock cardio... just so that I get enough in. I think it's more psychological than anything, but I feel guilty if I do only 30 minutes (so a twenty minute HIIT is NOT gonna happen).

I trick myself into believing I'm following exactly, but my 'exercise mad brain' knows that there's plenty of cardio comin' ;)
 
I have to do at least one cardio workout each day - so 7 days a week. A cardio could be a walk too, so I think you can count that if it's a decent walk. Autumn
