I wouldn't do it more than twice per week because of the intensity and impact, repeatedly performing this over and over ups your risk of injury and puts you on a fast road to burn out.
Your body also needs lighter days and rest to lose fat. If you go at it hammer and tongs all the time, your body stops losing the fat. It becomes counterproductive to train at high intensity all the time, and let's face it, neither the body nor the mind wants to do it. What I find tends to happen when I set myself a program of intense workouts only, I start to not look forward to my exercise time, find reasons to beg off, and then it's a slippery slope to taking too many days off and total inactivity. Let a little fun in to your program and you will always have a reason to come back to working out, and will always look forward to this time, rather than thinking, "oh no, not Imax 2 again...., maybe I'll watch Queer Eye instead"...
Do Imax 2 once, do Circuit max once, then maybe either Rythmic Step or Cardio Kicks, and then call it a day. Spend the rest of your time on weight lifting if you want your body to let go of the fat and get good definition and shape.
