I think I am in trouble too!!! 8 risers is a recipe for disaster.. i can see myself jumping, missing the step and falling..

Hi All! You only need about 4 to 5 risers per side of your step for the box jumps. If you are very tall or do box jumps regularly you may want to go higher, but we will be filming with only 4 to 5 per side.
We haven't even gotten news on when these are going to be filmed, so no, no release date yet.Does any one know if a release date has been made??? I am doing STS
and can't want to get the cardio. I love these workouts!
I think it's 4 risers per side, which would make 12". Definitely doable (though I don't plan on jumping OFF the step, no matter what height it is, because I want my knees to last me a long time!)am i the only sort of frightened by the whole 8 riser jumping thing? Hope I don't break my head tripping on my step!
