How many calories burned doing Drill Max?

I don't have a heart monitor, so I am curious on how many calories I burn doing this challenging and tough and FUN workout? To help those who want to help me. I am 5'4, 33 years old and weigh 117. Please help me figure this out. I have been on those sites that are suppose to help you, but I don't trust them. Thanks in advanced!!!!

I am 42, 5'6 1/2", 118, ~17.5% body fat (just completed a caliper/body comp analysis last week). According to my HR monitor, I burned just over 700 calories the first time I tried drill max (I had to modify 'a few' drills) - I work out 6/days a week, and IMO, pretty high intensity. This really was a fun workout, and i'm actually looking forward to trying it again - there are several exercises that I'm going to have to work up to! For example, those bomb diver push ups.... I don't have the right muscles yet!
 
Wow! You really burn that much during Drill Max?

I had no idea -- and don't even know how to calculate how many calories I burn.

Drill Max is so much fun! The only problem I have with it is I don't have a free wall, so I do balance exercises to compensate. Also, it takes up a LOT of space and I get frustrated, especially since I can only do 3 of the 4 walking lunges.

I am trying to think of a way to rearrange my room, but it is just so darned small. I want so much to do Drill Max the way it was intended to be done because it is so unique. Cathe outdid herself on that particular workout!

I honestly did not think I would like Drill Max, but I love it!

It reminds me of my physical education classes in high school and college! I took more PE in college than required. And it was always like Drill Max or a dance class.

That last drill is a killer!

And last night for the first time I could complete Drill 5 without modifications. Those fast feet shuffles are really intense.
 
I can do the bomb diver pushups fine, but I can't do the tricep dips on the ball or the pushups on the weights where you add a side plank holding a weight.

I don't think I'll ever be able to do those.
 
I'm 5'5", 28yo, 130lbs and burned 587 cals according to my HRM when I did Drill Max. I also work out 6 days/week intensly. The only time I've burned over 700 cals in a single workout is with Cardio Fusion. HTH!

I'm 5'2, 41 yrs. old, 122 pounds and burned 575 calories according to my HRM doing Drill Max. I burned 795 calories doing all of Body Max 2. That's the most I've ever burned in a single workout. I also work out intensely 5-6 days a week.

Amy, I'm with you! The triceps on the ball and the side planks were impossible for me! I did do 2 half tricep moves on the ball - but I don't know if I'll ever be able to do those! I will keep trying though. When I got to the planks...well I was already spent from what previous pushups I was able to do so these were not doable for me at all! But again, I won't completely give up but those were definitely the two most challenging moves for me!
