70 to 100 minutes per day unless I have a bad cold and then I cut it down to an hour
Usually an additional 3 to 5 hours per week with walks and shovelling snow (in warm weather it's bike rides) with my kids. Lately with the snow being so deep I've been pulling my little ones in the sleigh to get my daughter to school. It's a 15 minute walk and the snow has been knee deep.
I try to make sure I do weights at least twice a week and usually 3 times a week.
